Does Honor Level carry over seasons?

After my 14-day ban, I've been playing a little bit of League. As a punishment for my behavior, my honor level dropped to 0. I don't really mind it (since I deserved it), but will this carry onto the next season?

Honor resets back to level 2, and I'm very happy that it does I'm always getting trolls and feeders, and when I say something like "stop feeding noob" I get chat-restricted Meanwhile, I have had people say stuff like "f_ck your mother" I report them, and nothing happens to them FeelsGucciMan

I hope it resets. Current honour levels are still showing, but we are in pre-season. I got an annoying ten game chat restriction for getting annoyed at trolls (Rito logic for you) and my honour level went down to 1 and it's been stuck there for 2 months, even though I regularly get honours, sometimes even 3 in one game, but that doesn't seem to warrant leveling up, again, by Rito's logic :([zombie-brand-facepalm]

Hopefully it does, I mean, I wouldn't want people who got 14 day ban before right the season ends, get unbanned and their "punishment level" reset back to default just because it's a new season. lol.

No, it does not carry over. Everybody gets a fresh start at the beginning of every season (Honor level 2).

I don't believe so, no. I know at least the higher levels reset to 2 at the end of the season.

I would guess so, since I was away for half a year when the honor system was released, and I was on the cusp of Honor 3 when I started playing again.
