I want a support who's ultimate allows the ally its targeted on to cast their next spell for free.

Would certainly be interesting, but would probably cause many many insane abuse cases (like double amumu / Galio / anything else like that ult)

Edit: Calling them abuse cases probably isn't the best way of putting it, rather I think it could lead to some really ridiculous combinations that would probably lead to that champ being pick / ban

The support would literally have to be next to the Karhtus / whatever every ult in order to double up on it. I don't think it is as reliable as you think.

Besides in the case for karthus, he becomes untargetable during death defied, so if he wants to double up on his ult he won't be able to use the time during death defied to do any Q's since channeling his ult twice takes so damn long.

As for the other champions, there are so many people who would synergize well with this sort of support. It really comes down to putting it on the right person at the right time. Its a matter of choosing correctly and it provides good depth and teamwork / and many interesting strategies.

Sounds really interesting, though they'd probably have to give it some sort of penalty; double Karthus Ult back to back? a little OP probably. The interaction with some ults would make a damage reduction penalty not even an issue though (Soraka, Bard, Zilean, tons of others), so it couldn't be that.

Interesting but sounds hard to balance without making it interact with each ally differently; I'm thinking something like Dota 2's Aghanim's Scepter. It's an item that powers up an individual's Ultimate ability in a unique way (though doesn't work on every Hero).

Possibly, it could have a short CD, like 20 seconds, and you bind yourself to 1 ally (like Kalista), and whenever that person Ults it is empowered uniquely. And you can just ult another person to change who it's empowering.
