Been playing Varus for a week now.

Played him ap mid (had fun) Played him ad bot (had fun) But...I have on complaint about him. His passive is absolute garbage. It does nothing for his kit, it does nothing to enhance him or his playstyle, it's just garbage.

Yay I get 40% increased attack speed for killing someone or an assist, and a whooping 20% from minions.

His passive should interact with his abilities you know, since he's an AD caster. Something that interacts with his other skills.

Here is a decent example of a good Varus passive that would make him not feel so bad.

Varus now gains bonus effects on his skills when interacting with blighted quiver-

Q - When Varus strikes a target with a stack of blighted Quiver with his arrow, his Q cooldown is lowered by 15/30/45% based on stacks of blighted quiver. W- unaffected since..Yeah that would make no sense. E - Enemies stricken by Varus' E take 10/20/30% increased damage from varus' Q for the next 5 seconds. R - Enemies stricken by Varus' ult have the same amount of stacks immediately placed back on them instead of having them gained over time.

This would give him waaaaay more interaction with his kit and make his combo much more rewarding.
