Vayne's Ult Provides Too Much AD

It basically doubles the amount of AD twitch's ult gives him late game, and it means she doesn't have to buy a ton of damage items and can focus on more attack speed items.

Twitch's ult also boosts his attack range and makes his autos pierce through enemies. Plus you can't just compare 2 abilities of 2 totally different champions with totally different kits.

Different champions are different
Vayne's ult doesn't give her range and penetrating bullets Yes, she's too strong right now, but this argument doesn't accomplish anything

I was just comparing it to another champion that gains AD with their ult. The AD she gets in general is incredibly high. I did the math, and she gains 2500 gold worth of AD.

Then why not compare with Riven, Nasus or Renekton? Oh, they're different. Same with Twitch,

I don't think that's a good comparison. Twitch's ultimate may give less AD, but it extends his autoattack range and allows his autoattacks to hit multiple targets in a straight line (applying on-hit effects in full). The value of attack range and hitting multiple targets cannot be understated.

However, while I'm not going to say that Vayne's ultimate gives her too much AD, I will agree that if Riot plans to nerf her, it is one of the areas I would approve targetting. Her ultimate's AD was recently increased by 5/10/15, so reverting that buff wouldn't be too bad.

Other possible nerfs (if Riot does decide to nerf her) may be:

E no longer applies a stack of Silver Bolt
E deals reduced base damage
Attack Speed (base or per-level) decreased

Twitch's ult also gives him the longest range in the game and can pierce targets ... Personally I would say that her silver bolts are the real problem, they should deal more damage but not as true damage.

Vayne is not strong because of her W, she's strog because of her Q along with her vampiric scepter rush. Add a support like Thresh, Alistar or Soraka to that and Vayne can farm up to her BORK. Complaining about an ADC's damage is as dumb as complaining about an assasin's burst.

It's not that she has damage, its that it is true damage, I think true damage is one of the worst things about this game. And did you really mean her tumble? or her knockback? Because the tumble on its own isn't all that strong of an ability, its her ult and w that make tumble so strong.

You obviously don't understand the power of a 2 second cd repositioning ability. Her kit is fine(just fine), she's strong now because the current meta is countered by kiting. Let's look back to season 4 assasin's meta and see how Vayne was bad(just bad).

Comparing Vayne and Twitch simply based on the AD given by their ultimates isn't really wise, since they're abilities that achieve totally different things on totally different champions. It's very likely that Vayne's too strong right now, and that shaving off some of Final Hour's AD steroid could help rein her back in, but that would be due to her own issues, and wouldn't have anything to do with Twitch or his own ult.

Imo, my main issue with the AD on both Vayne and Twitch's ults is that they're both fairly boring instances of power, and they could easily be removed completely in favor of other, more interesting bonuses, or improvements to their existing abilities. Vayne could have a full complement of additional effects on her basic abilities, for example, instead of just enhancements to her Q and passive, and Twitch... well, let's be honest, Twitch could use an upgrade to his whole kit (perhaps Vayne might need some kit changes too, though at least her own ability set is internally consistent). A big issue with a lot of marksmen is that a lot of the power in their kits is placed on stat steroids that don't really stand out too well on their own, and mostly act as filler to effects that would feel lackluster otherwise, (e.g. Vayne and Twitch's ults, but also Varus 's passive, which is an entire filler ability), so taking out some of that stat-based power and turning it into something more unique and appreciable (which might just be another kind of stat steroid, as Jinx 's Q minigun form feels tremendously strong despite offering nothing but bonus attack speed) could help marksmen feel like more than just automatic stat-to-DPS converters.

agreed twitch right now is just so lack luster. He can't poke, his all in is....well not that great, His W is extremely lacking in terms of soft cc, his passive is no longer cutting it anymore, his E will forever be known as the inferior version of kalista's E. The only thing he got going for him is his ult
