@Meddler, Can We Please Have an Open Discussion About Marksman Itemization?

So, it seems that the balance team plans to take a look at marksmen as a class after Worlds is over. That is just fine and more power to you. After dealing with the ramifications of 4.10 for over a year, we are more than ready for the marksman class to be changed up.

No one needs any specifics but could you or one of the other balance team members please swing by and talk to us about the direction you plan to take the role in? We have a solid two months here that we could use to discuss what we as players would like to see from the marskman changes and what your goals as designers are for bot lane in the future. You may already be testing some of the specifics of the changes internally but I'm sure many people would appreciate a dialogue beforehand just so the item changes don't come as a total shock like the AP sweep (not that there's anything wrong with the AP sweep but it was unexpected).
