Yasuo has the highest CS per minutes out of all the champions in league no matter what elo

taleofsonata··11 votes·6,061 views

Has anyone noticed how no matter what elo, Yasuo and Tryndamere have the highest CS per min? As much as people don't think its problematic but isn't that part of the reason why they are soo oppressive to fight against? Because they end up getting that huge amount of gold because of their safe nature?

Trynda usually ends up high farm since he has no real teamfight and just splitpushes and powerfarms

Yas makes sense since he technically has 2 abilities to help him last hit

Plus tiamat and sometimes statik

Doesn’t help that they both get stupid amounts of free shit tacked into their kits.

That’s like saying akali does more than Annie. No shit. They came out 4 years apart. -.-

What does it matter how old they are? Tryndamere was released in 2009 too. Either their kit is overloaded or it isnt. Trynd's is not

Healing isn't free.

He has to use his rage to heal.

The crit chance is also tied to his amount of rage.

Compared to the shit we get now no. It’s not.

But compare that to other champions who came out around the same time.

I once saw a Yasuo hit 170 cs at 15. 170 is roughly 25-minute farm, following the 30-per-5 rule. At least Singed dual lane farming in the enemy base at least has some risks for 220 cs at 15, if the enemy lets him, and starving a teammate.

Kazekiba1 votes

Should be aiming for about 8-10 cs per minute past first recall. 170cs is closervto 20 minutes ideally.

Yas shoves and roams hard tho so maybe thats why he gets so much farm

170 if roughly 20 minute farm. You want around 8cs per minute, and even more once the laning phase ends. The only exception would be if theres alot of teamfighting. 10cs per minute is perfect cs, 8cs per minute is reasonable cs.

170cs per minute is not 25 minute farm.. 10 cs per minute is considered ideal

Trynd makes sense, he usually builds tiamat and has insane damage on autos which helps him clear really quickly, not to mention he's always farming and splitpushing which nets him even more farm.

Yasuo has Q and E on very, very low cooldown giving him stupid amounts of waveclear and last hit potential, which is also why his average cs is so high. Mid game he can just EQ caster minions killing them all, and his waveclear past first item is limitless.

Both don't use mana either, making it easy to spam abilities on waves and clearing them quickly.

Except brand runs out of mana, his w has a cd meaning he can't then use it on melees instantly as well and it won't one shit melee it cannons While yasuo is as based and his q near as makes no difference has noncd so he just clears the entire wave in 1/4 the time

ModCaptainMårvelous3 votes

Makes sense. Part of why Gangplank has Parrrley is because he relies on on-hit and items to be good. If Yas/Tryn are very auto-attack/crit-reliant champs, they need high CS gains to get items. Plus being melee they need more help to do so.

letsfeedtogether3 votes

Yas has an aa reset and a dash to minions on a low cd. Trynda gets it because he splits most of the time

Tr4shB4NSYST3M2 votes

Both have Easy manaless waveclear, both tend to splitpush later game which nets way more CS than if you group, as skirmishers both yas and trynd, as well as champs like jax and fiora will tend to have higher CS scores because they are more geared toward 1v1 and will trend toward split push playstyles.

Tryndamere: Does nothing BUT farm Yasuo: Uses minions to dash and charge Tornado.

I understand you may dislike them, but this is something that you really can't complain about.

He also leads League in deaths per game. He needs to be able to CS at a high rate otherwise he would have a 20% win rate. He's already got a 46% win rate. He's an D Tier champion at best, so quit whining.

Neither Yasuo nor Tryndamere is at 46% win rate. So not sure who're you're referring to.

https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/platinum/plus/champion/Yasuo/graphs/ Yasuo has 53% - 49.5% win rate between Bronze to Diamond; 26% - 16% pick rate between Bronze to Diamond; 51% - 42% ban rate between Bronze to Diamond. The only thing "46%" about him is his average ban rate across all elos; that's about HALF of the entire playerbase that bans him outright REGARDLESS OF ELO (as demonstrated by the fact his ban rate hovers around 40-50% regardless of elo). A champion with stats as busted as this, high win rate, high pick rate, and high ban rate all at the same time, is anything but "D tier".

https://lolalytics.com/ranked/worldwide/platinum/plus/champion/Tryndamere/Top/graphs/ Tryndamere has 51% - 49.5% win rate between Bronze to Gold, and then 49.5% - 50.8% between Gold to Diamond; his pick rate goes from 5.6% - 2.7% between Bronze to Diamond; and 4.7% - 2.2% in ban rate between Bronze to Diamond. The win rate curve-up after Gold can be reasoned by the lower amount of players and the higher presence of mains skewing the stats after Gold elo; the diminished ban rate towards high elo also suggests his lower relevance in high elo. He's probably not busted (at least not anymore) as much as his design itself makes him very painful to play against, but judging by this stats I wouldn't call him D tier outright but idk.

.........

"He also leads League in deaths per game."

Yasuo leads deaths per game because his broken ass kits encourages and rewards mindless hamming due to having no requirement of any management of any sort in a kit full of boom and synergy and little to no drawback nor tradeoff at all , and he will hard carry the game regardless as long as he can manage to get 2 core items before the end of the game. This creates a situation so every dude and their mother plays Yasuo on autopilot and quite literally, int their way into victory. Hence why despite leading in death count Yasuo still maintains very high win rate (and by extension, across the board some 50% ban rate from low and high elo alike). His design is fundamentally broken, and to an extreme degree.

Tryndamere may or may not lead the death per game since he has an ulti to cut some of his would-be-deaths, but even if he does have high death count it's not hard to see why since he splitpushes the entire game and does not much else. It's like Singed and how Singed tends to have high death count at the end of the game; mostly accumulated from the earlier section of the game when they (both Tryndamere and Singed) were both easier to stop and kill during their splitpushing. This is different to Yasuo who usually doesn't start splitpushing until later in the game.

First, that's the stat I saw two days ago on U.GG. Second, If he's so broken then why don't you play him? It's freelo right? The reason why is because he's not. He's a D tier champion at best. Go complain about Morse, Yummi, Riven, and Vayne. They're all leaps and bounds better than Yasuo.

Do I have to dope and win the Olympics myself to know that doping is an unfair advantage?

Or do I have to be a cook myself to judge whether or not someone's cooking is gutter?

Or do I have to be a film director before I can judge the quality of any given movie?

Or do I have to have made a video game to have the license to tell whether certain elements in a game is badly designed?

If you answer Yes to any of them. I'm sorry, but you're wrong. Doing something and analysising the said something can be related, but they are never causative of the other.

Records and data etc exist for a reason. You don't need to use yourself to prove a point; in fact that's bad research if you do just that since that implies you believe anecdotes trump over analysis concluded from hundreds of thousands of samples.

Either way, your reasoning is extremely flawed here.

........

Not to mention, I can choose to not play broken trash. Not everyone is looking to cheese the freelo and climb any means they can (the desperate cheese the freelo, and more desperate buy boosting), you know. Thanks, but I'm not that deprived just yet.

........

Also, I do complain about Morde, Yuumi, Riven, and Vayne. Just not here since it's not a thread about or mentioning them. And neither is complaining about them suddenly make Yasuo exempted.

yasuo isnt broken stfu u are bronze 2 with 1235 games and a 43% winrate trynd isnt broken either

That's just flat out wrong?

My elo isn't even high, it's Silver 4 and nothing to be proud of in the first place (and I have played like 50 ranked matches this season, not something insane like 1235, where did you even get this number?). I have no idea why you have to flat out make up this "fact" about me being "bronze 2 with 1235 games and a 43% winrate".

........

But then again, it's a void rank shaming. Because regardless of my elo, it doesn't distract my argument as long as it's well supported; same reasons why you can be a sports analyst without being a sports player yourself, number crunching and playing are related but independent in the end of the day.

Then again, if you actually have arguments to counter my arguments well supported by facts, you wouldn't need to rank shame, and better, rank shame an imaginary and made-up rank which you claim is mine in the first place.

thats kinda biased being that tryndamere wants to afk push and yas has static and his passive in his build, and both only want smaller skirmishes. these playstyles are of course going to net more cs.

Yasuo is a garbage champ, every single thing about his kit is extremely forgiving. Hell even his ult is forgiving in that if you're under turret it'll teleport him to the outside of the turret. I don't really give a fuck what his winrate is, absolutely no part of his kit is fun to play against.

RoakeyDoakey361 votes

Yasuo and "safe nature" do not belong together. It's just if your champion can punish him or not. Many can, many can't
