Riot, could we get a second hybrid damage item?

I've got no problem with the PBE changes to Rageblade. The old version was too good on champs like .

However, I'm a little sad to see the other hybrid item going and I can't help but think that is about to be reworked into either an AP item only or an AD item only. How about + gives you an item that gives you armor pen that scales on AP and flat magic pen that scales on AD. Just to keep things balanced, make the two types of pen unique named passives that share a name with and so you can't double up on pen.
