So ive been playing againist at lot of pantheons and the fact that he can q so many time and harass you so hard lvl 1 makes the laning phase a living hell, and that mana and cooldown are so down he can probably kill you lvl 2 if your not careful.. but like i know late game he falls off but with buff to lethality he can just snowball so hard that the fact he falls off doesnt really matter, so i was wondering like what do ya do againist him

Effectively you don't play aggressive into him and back off. Sacrifice CS, just never allow yourself to be low in lane.

You won't win lane so just try to not give him kills off of you.

The problem with that is his global ult. He'll snowball the game while you're just trying to not lose lane.

Ralanr2 votes

Semi Global. And this is about trying to lane against Pantheon. Like with everyone else, you should ping whenever he is missing.

His ult range is about Blue Buff to midlane and the drop time is hilarious. If Pantheon's indicator is still invisible if he ults to a bush, then he's going to ult there for roaming if he's smart. Otherwise, if you get caught by a Pantheon ult and you know your top laner pinged, it is your fault.

Yo, you're that Morde I stomped in lane as Vlad.

You guys won because of Heimer and Morgana. ;-;

Anyway, you basically need armor runes+cloth4, possibly doran's shield. If he has DFT for some reason, which I've seen a few times, definitely Doran's shield.

Yeah, that's why even diamond+ people complain about him.

He's a problem. I usually just dodge (at least in ranked) so I don't have to deal with it since most comps aren't built to deal with his pressure.

There's no reliable winning outcome unless the rest of your team has loads of CC/disengage and you can beat him 1v1 in order to splitpush. I mean, unless you count him missing Qs somehow.

As far as 'winning lane', just play nasus with a full armor runepage, start cloth4.

You start the game with almost 100 armor that way and he can't do anything to you. Just sit back and farm Q stacks. If he gets push crazy, start maxing E.

I'm a Pantheon main and can tell you the champ that gives me the most trouble: Teemo (Q max). Also, any champ that has a low CD shield like Riven.

WoonStruck1 votes

As a Pantheon main you should know you just AFK farm and wait til 6 and use your global pressure in cases like that.

...you play jungle and gank him.

Do you play Riven into him?

If so you have a few options.

Start doran shield. Start E and max E 1st, you'll still take some damage from his Q anyway. Generally use the E to farm without getting chunked.

Back a little bit before you hit lvl 6.

As soon as you get in lane, let it push without getting Qd and then go all-in on him. You have an ult, he doesn't.

If that goes well you can rinse and repeat until you get fed.

Also, go fervor.

cloth 4 be willing to give up some cs if it looks like they'll cost more than they're worth doran's shield first back don't feed him

Block his Qs with your shield, and only go in range to farm when 1) it's down, 2) your shield is up. Sacrifice all CS that is too risky to get, don't stand around and take free Qs, if he walks at you back off.
