What's wrong with Shockblade Zed?

I went back to my secondary account and went into a game as Shockblade Zed. A few seconds after the match started I noticed that the skin would sort of get stuck when I clicked back and forth quickly. I checked the settings in case I changed a setting by mistake but could find nothing wrong with it. I tried a custom game as PROJECT: Zed to see if this was just my computer or the skin and found no problems with PROJECT:. Video link included.
