there has been so many brands lately

I only really play Ahri mid so I can only tell you what I do as her (unfortunately she's a pretty strong pick in to Brand, so most champions won't do as well):

I aim to use one Q per wave, trying to land both parts of it on Brand each time (in general I try to do this in any matchup). This isn't particularly hard against Brand because he's fairly slow and will walk in to last hit minions. Also attempt to throw an auto attack whenever he's going for a last hit and you don't have a last hit to miss (general advice for any lane). Take E at level 2 and constantly look for an opportunity to charm him easily - best chance is to auto attack a minion for a last hit and shoot charm through that minion as it dies (so he won't see it coming). If he's sufficiently low to kill with E+Q (or E+Q+W at level 3+) + Ignite, then you can try the flash combo.

Don't get in to extended trades with him - only poke with Q and all in if you land a charm. Don't stand in the minions as you'll take unnecessary damage from his abilities At 6+ aim to land the R-E-Q-W-R-Ignite-R combo (with autos). If you miss the charm feel free to send a Q in but otherwise retreat as you'll lose the trade. In teamfights use your ultimate to get away from allies if Brand's ult is heading at you.

Most importantly, on any mid laner, ask for ganks. he's immobile and quite easy to gank. If your jungler has targeted or reliable CC (e.g. Udyr) then let them land the first stun and chain it with your skillshot CC. Getting an early kill or two will let you snowball off of him, because his kit is pretty much just damage and if you can outdamage him, his lack of mobility makes him really weak.

brand support on enemy team = GG dont even play bot lane go roam

Ban brand. Champion is fckn annoying to deal with. Bot lane support? Tons of damage. Mid lane? Zone you out of cs because tons of damage and your jungler is more than likely not ganking even though you're pushed against your tower at minute 5 when Brand is arguably the easiest champion to gank and kill.

Play . Solved.

Not sure about support, but as an Assassin main, this is what I do when I'm against him mid.

Wait for Q.

Get boots, dodge W.

Eat the E. That is, if he gets close enough to use it without eating my full combo.

NEVER ENGAGE IF HE HAS HIS Q AND ANOTHER SKILL UP. He will stun you, and make you eat a W. But if he already used W, most of his dmg is gone, but beware of the stun.
