Good idea roundup

I'm kinda tired of all the sarcastic posts saying "AMAZING IDEA" or "WAY TO BALANCED ZED" yatta yatta yatta, all to say something like, "Bring back heart of gold" or "delete him". You know who you are.

So here's my Good Idea Roundup! I will list genuinely good ideas that we want Riot to hear, and you can post down below what you want to be added!

• Trim Riven's wings. Start her Q cooldown on the last cast instead of the first.
• Raise the cooldown on Riven's E (6 seconds at max rank? Really? REALLY?) or make her shield scale with AP like every other shield in the game.
• Remove the base damage from Vayne's W. (And maybe even adjust the numbers a bit..)
• Pull back the power on Fiora sooner rather than later. When she gets even a little ahead, she becomes unstoppable.
