That's my general experience this patch.
Packet loss every game, can't play anything.
Also, same shit was in the patch 5.14.
twisted fate. When you select a card it passes 4 cards and it just sucks ._.
I swear to god he is harder to play with bad ping than any other champion I play.
When the lag actually makes you do better. 
Me every time my screen freezes: "Oh.. Oh no.. Oh gosh I clicked right under their tower" 1 second passes "Please.. Please God no. UNFREEZE" another second passes "NO! WHY!? PLEASEEEE!!" another few seconds pass "WOW. I'M DEAD." more seconds pass "Yep. Welp I'm dead. That's just fantastic." finally unfreezes "Aced!"

Yeah... not sure whats up with the servers but I have been getting pretty bad spikes for the last 3 days or so. Been trying to learn Ahri, and my games from before are like 14/2 by the end and 4/0 at 20. Last night I went like 5/12 vs bots....
I always used to wreck as Katarina... But now I barely play her because I always lag when I play her and can't spam fast enough lmao

Was unable to Ult my dying adc during a team fight, and has to watch as my team gets deleted since our main dmg just died. By the time my lag recovers my ult registers and i end up Ulting myself thus looking like a complete troll to my team
"Thats what you get for not giving me blue buff earlier"..........Is what i would have said as a lie to try and play it off without letting my team know i was actually lagging....its not like they were going to believe my legit excuse in the 1st place :(
I know the feel of lag, but I never really play those champions.
I hate when i lag as Rengar. He's not that hard, but you have to use the abilities really fast to burst someone, and with lags... 
Was playing a custom bot game to try out a build. There was no lag and was doing fine for the most part.
I decided to not end the game to get my last item, but the bots rushed mid together for some reason and I back --- the second I got back to base I clicked right where they were --- then I got a huge lag spike, but I didn't know until I got to where the bots were.
Of course I died, and I lost to bots... This is what forces me to play PvE, because I don't feel safe knowing if I went into a PvP game I'd get a lag spike at the worse time possible. It's honestly saddens me because my friend who is new to the game wants to play PvP and mostly me, but I can't because of this big reason. :/
NOTE: My newbie friend knows this is a problem so he makes Intermediate bots to play with me. It's so nice, but it brakes my heat. 
Lagging now, server moves will probably make the game nigh unplayable. Than the assholes who are like "stop making excuses baddie"..
