@RIOT why do I dodge a normal, then can't lock in during a RANKED champ select and get -10 LP?????

Okay so I dodged a normal game earlier because I got Xayah and my "support" was mad that I had called ADC before them. They decided to troll me so insead of sitting through a whole fucking game of an ally ADC trying to take my farm and feeding I dodged. 5 Min wait, no problem right? Well when my friend gets online we decide to go ranked and now I wasn't able to lock in and I get a fucking 30 min wait timer AND LOSE 10 LP WHEN I HAVEN'T PLAYED A SINGLE RANKED GAME TODAY. This is fucking STUPID. Are you guys serious? You're gonna take away LP for me DODGING A FUCKING NORMAL GAME WITH A GOD DAMN TROLL IN IT????

What part of IT WAS A NORMAL don't you understand?? I'm fine with losing 3 LP and 5 min que for ranked,even if it was Riots fault because of their new client. but they're TWO DIFFERENT QUES.
