people say that he is weaker now since meta doesnt fawour him as he is a rahter bursty adc good for takins squishies
but then if meta shifts away from tanks ... we will get more assasins and carries in the jungle as well as top/mid lane
those are natural counters to the marksmen ... i dont see how lucian can compete with an assasin
Powderkegg1 votesAs a Lucian main I feel like people feel he's weak because of his low win rate, 46%, and his low aa range of only 500 but because of his high base damage on his Q and his passive being able to crit on both shots Lucian has a very easy time bursting down squishies and can kite very effectively with his kit giving him a very strong laning phase as well as mid game. As for assassins, being that Lucian is not an immobile ADC, his E is a dash, as long as you're positioned correctly before hand it Lucian should be rather safe against assassin champions
