Why is intentionally throwing not a reportable offense? With actual evidence

Im talking sending a replay to Riot not the garbage automated system that can be cheesed in many ways. Some people do this consistently trying to lose because they want to. Its actually bannable in DOTA (no im not going to go play dota i hate it.)

I agree, whatever team is in charge of penalizing players at Riot is doing a terrible job. Not only do they need to penalize heavier but they actually have to look at the reports we send them. Too many people troll in this game and every report needs to be analyzed by a human, hire more people if you need to Riot please you have plenty of money.

Pretty sure I just got someone punished for trolling. It was either the GP from this morning or the enemy Hecarim from earlier, both of which were actively throwing because their teammates were bad. GP opened top and sat in the fountain spamming recall just because he didn't get a gank. Hecarim was just being a dick and ran down bot into our fountain because his teammates were losing 4v5(our mid got disconnected). Pretty sure it was one of them.

Just depends on what you mean by trolling, really.

there are alot of ways to get by the automated system... realistically just google an offense + cheese and you'll find a tutorial. Most recent one i saw that i remember was this dude that would (if he ran into a player he didnt like or something made him mad) queue up as jungle Singed , feed 2-3 kills to a lane, usually mid, and then afk farm all game. He goes on to show his match history and accounts he has that were banned after a hundred or so games.

Another way to cheese the AFK reporting is to just say nothing in chat, and AFK farm (usually jg if you can) until your team loses. Eventually if someone sends in a replay you'll get caught up, but most people aren't willing to go through the hassle. I am willing to though and i do.
