Let me start by saying i like to play support jungles like zac, but it seems people will never have the damage to follow up my cc, so we always lose.

I asked for some help on the forums, they instructed ME to try and play a carry. Xin isn't great atm but I have experience on him.

Feel free to look at the last game.

3 dragon kils. I would like to point out, ALL SOLO KILLS. No one helped, i pinged, but i can kill it relatively fast as xin so.

I started 6-0 by 20 minutes.

Kallista if you checked recent games you can see was probably like 1-5 by that point along with her thresh. THERE WAS NOTHING I COULD DO TO PREVENT THIS. All they did was push up, i kept asking them to back up because i can global either Zyra support, or varus adc. Completely ignored they keep feeding. Cho'gath top NEVER TP'D ANYWHERE BUT LANE ONCE, NOT A SINGLE TIME.

People will say "focus on what you can do better and not your teammates" I have no clue how much better i can do, i kept yi 2 levels below me until the game turned around, i was 6-0, i had 3 drake kills. I bought wards, placed them in their jungle, got flashes from garen top twice before 20 minutes along with kat mid. i ganked bot as often as i could to help them, but it seems like no one wants to help me help them.

I would like to add i failed 2 promotion series yesterday, and i can surely blame myself when i do poorly, i had an awful game as Darius with a vicious tower dive pantheon/gragas combo and a zac game where my ping was 600 almost all game. I can admit when it is my fault, but this string of loses is absolutely ridiculous.

7-1-5 start as zac in 20ish minutes, lost the game.

6-0 with xin, 2 solo drakes by 20 minutes. lost the game.

I'm so tired of giving it 110% when my team doesn't even care about winning.

Edit*** Drakes were 2 ocean and 1 cloud. Also how do you screenshot in game?

No matter what, you'll never be able to win every game. There are certainly times when your team will throw a game, and it will be completely out of your control. Sometimes the enemy will just be better players than your team. But even in those games, there are always ways you could have played better.

Having not seen the game, I can't really say for sure if the dragon kills were the right call. But soloing dragon does eat up a lot of time that could have possibly been used to gank a lane instead. Then after ganking their lane, you could have gone to dragon with them and taken it more quickly.

xin solo kills dragons in literally 10 seconds. it isn't long at all. he has guaranteed crits.

and they were always when bot was pushed out. I assure you every single drake was the best call at the time.

it's what I hate the most about this game, how random people on your team for ONE game of many affect your PERSONAL rank I get they affect theirs too but if one person on your team is feeding and the rest of the team isn't and you lose all 4 of those people suffer rank loss because of one person. It's stupid.

I feel you. Every time I play Trundle I'll be 3-0 or 4-0 very early in the game, but we never win. So I go back to support because I know I can at least carry my ADC.

I understand that it's not fair that you're better than most of your teammates and that you probably do belong in a higher elo but you have to learn how to hard carry, even with idiots on your team. Also, a good kd and a few dragons doesn't necessarily mean you are hard carrying. The trick is to maintain an xp advantage and (in the case that you're the jungler) maintain pressure in all lanes through ganks/sieges on the outer turrets. And trust me, it is possible to do this even with idiotic laners.

I get that my point is i cant hard carry really, i can outplay the enemy jungle like a fiddle, i can stay ahead of the entire enemy team in gold if i get my early game right, but i cannot 1v9. no matter how hard I try, I cannot do it. It is my first season, im not nightblue3, or gosu or insert your favorite challenger here, im silver and it is my first season, yet i play better than almost every team mate i have ever had.

imo the problem is when new players just get level 30 and play ranked they almost always get into silver

Outliers exist. Not every game can be carried. All you can do is do your best and try to learn where you can improve. If you deserve to climb, it will happen. I have gotten 4 different accounts to diamond, and no matter how good I am, losses happened during the climb. Focus on your own improvement and not on anyone else.

In silver about half the time you will probably get bad teammates. The other half of the time your opponents will be bad. All you have to do is play a bit better in order to win the games you are more likely to lose.

I think jungling might be a hard position to climb out of, if you play a team oriented jungler. If your team is not very good, it does not matter too much what you do to help them, they will probably not have the skill to capitalize on those opportunities.

Midlane may be your best chance to climb in Silver, without playing a carry.

I am not a jungler main, but I probably understand the position a little bit more than you. A few things you should avoid doing that silver players have a tendency to do when jungling.

  • Don't force ganks
  • Don't gank losing lanes
  • Gank winning lanes or even lanes
  • Farm at least one camp before you attempt a gank
  • Don't gank on demand - you need to farm to keep up your gold and xp
  • You don't need to gank every game. Sometimes controlling the objectives on the map is simply more important than always trying to gank. Try a "tower gank" meaning you push the opposing laner out of lane through a gank and then you immediately take the tower. Typically you can't do this pre-5.
  • Try to avoid watching yourself do a camp. Watch the map or the lanes while auto-attacking camps.

I think Silver players always expect ganks, but you can't be everywhere. A failed gank puts you behind and could put the laner behind as well.

Silver players will get mad at you when you do not gank, but unless the opposing jungler is exerting a lot map pressure you shouldn't really have to gank. They should learn how to lane.

I prioritize ganking with objectives:

  • I almost never gank top, unless we can get a tower or the rift. Ganking for top laners is not very effective the lane is long and most likely the opposing top laner is a tank. Dragons are more important than rift herald AND I think they are less risky.
  • Focus on mid and bottom
  • Buy the jungling item that gives you wards
  • As a jungler in low elo I think you should operate as a "second tank" or the "back up tank" in case you don't have one.
  • When towers are low go to that lane to take the tower

Meaning you should run in the resolve tree and use Strength of The Ages on all your junglers.

You can then decide to build damage or tank. XinZhao is versatile in that he can do both AND he can be something in-between.

I think jungling in your Elo is very frustrating since you essentially are "the band-aid" for the games problems. People are also quick to blame the jungler in losses.

all of this is great, thats actually my biggest issue, i gank losing lanes, A LOT even if i get them kills or kill them myself, they go right back to losing.

but if you dont gank, then they go 0-10 and its all my fault and i get screamed at all game. the obvious solution is to mute, but i hate muting people because i want to win, you win through coordination.

also a lot of this i do as well, i usually only play tank jungles unless we have a thresh/bard support and a tank top, then i will probably play fizz. good cc wins games, but not when carries get 100 or less farm per 10 minutes and die a lot. I think they need to widen the skill gap between bronze and silver somehow.

I really think if you stop ganking losing lanes you will win slightly more games. Your teammate, that is getting repeatedly killed is also worth less and less gold after each death beyond 2 if they don't get an assist or kill I believe. If you gank and he gets and assist or kill then it resets his gold value.

Just let them die if they are obviously losing, just try to avoid losing all the towers in that lane is all. Good luck climbing, I am glad this was helpful.
