Quinn and Valor..

So about these two champions, I've seen plenty of people calling for a rework or QoL improvements to the dynamic duo. What's happened to them?

I love the living daylights out of this champ, but there's a few things that need to be addressed:

Ultimate: The all-in nature of this ult is kind of weak. And to be able to use it early puts it on par in cooldown with global ultimates (140 Seconds at lvl 1.) 90 would be a fair CD, or even 100, but when you're waiting over 2 minutes to maybe be able to get a chance at a true all-in, it's absurd.

E (Vault): It's nice, but offers up almost no utility other than interrupting a channel or occasionally dashing over a wall. Maybe make it more dynamic / useful, less of a flashy utility. (It has low damage and scaling, and sometimes the mark won't proc. It's as good as an AA, right?)

W (Heightened Senses): Yeah, the MS and AS buff was nice, but with Ashe now receiving 2 stackable versions of this GLOBALLY, isn't it time everyone's favorite champ receives some sort of treatment to make this skill truly unique?

Playstyle: Quinn's been built to be an all-in champion. She's fun, she's hard to play with, but hard to play against as an ADC if they know what they're doing and have the lane synergy to boot. But Quinn and Valor are not in a healthy state right now.

Suggestions? Perhaps give her kit on Valor form more of a dynamic touch. Make it feel like it can tear into an enemy, not be simply shrugged off as though it's nothing. Like armor pen or shred in Valor form would make it feel like this is something you'd want to get off of you, not just laugh as it tickles your toes. There's more to making a champion powerful than increasing numbers. Take Varus for example: He was given one small tweak to make him overpowered in the mid lane as a poke champion. It was caught a little bit late, but once people figured it out, they couldn't stop playing him in mid.

Please, Riot, do something about Demacia's Wings!

that ult is wimpy stuff. i say model it after elise, jayce, and nidalee and let her switch with valor at any time, get some sort of adjusted buff thing and drop the execute.

Well, I don't mind the execute, but the thing is her ult is just too long, and Riot introduced her as a "Tag team" champion. Only time you can feel that is when you have ult up, and even then it's risky to do that. :/ And giving her the nid / Jayce treatment makes her feel less unique, wouldn't you say? She'd basically be a full on AD nid with mana costs across the board.

id rather she be uniformly good than uniquely bad.

If you think that Quinn and Valor are bad, then you don't understand how to play them

just to point something out...you are the only quinn advocate. nothing has happened here in 10 days...not a single person cared even enough to troll...and thats saying something.
