Bringing the hammer down: Get your shit right about Yorick and his issues.

Hey all. This is gonna be a straight up, brutally honest post. And for those that are gonna downvote me, go ahead. I am expecting those of you to do so for being butthurt about getting rightfully called out. So let's get to the point.

I am seeing a lot of confusing about Yorick being OP, being clunky dis dat blah blah blah. But let me tell you something: His weakness is ghoul summoning outside a lane. That is right, Yorick's power lies in his ghouls and without them he is not that strong. Having to rely on something you don't have 100% control over will screw anyone over. His passive is too unreliable to make him able to a serious threat unless he can properly interact with it.

Even Illaoi. has better interactions with her passive as her tentacles spawn consistently and she don't have to worry about her passive failing her. Darius have no issues with making good use of his passive and like Illaoi, he is one of those champs that will merc a fool that thinks that they can win a slugfest 9 out of 10 times. Garen is one of those that also have issue with his passive as the mechanic of who he chooses as a villain is beyond the player's control and can win or loss a game as they can't mark those that need to get 'em some Sweet Demacian Justice.

So the core issue with Yorick is that he needs to be have control over summoning his ghouls outside just making graves. He used to have ghouls on hand pre-rework, so why shouldn't he not have that again. Give him the means to get his ghouls easier after the laning phase so he can fight without worrying about not having ghouls with him if he gets ambushed. I don't care if his ghouls lose some damage in return for accessibility but no ghouls = no threat Yorick.

So either help this thread out for all you other Yorick players out there and others who like to contribute or fuck off because I am getting sick of all of this ambiguity about what is wrong about him and people mudding the waters even more.

This is a stupid way to start a discussion. It automatically removes any and all credibility you could have. And instead of people just downvoting you because they disagree with your ideas, you will also have people downvoting you for this.

Well then. Shall I go with the cute and cuddly approach? You can't blame me for wanting to make a point and call out the stupidity on the forums when it comes to making a point.

But I'll remember that for the next time and be civil.

It's not about being cute and cuddly. You could just say "Here's the truth about Yorick, folks. You may disagree, you may not, but that doesn't change his issues at their core." Or something like that, y'know?

That said, I agree with the OP.

Assertive instead of aggressive. KK.
