Suggestion for future fizz changes.

As any dedicated main I'll continue playing my champion and loving him. However, if riot is still looking for things to change then I'd still say the passive needs to go. Doesn't do enough early where it should and has no place in the mid to late game where it reaches full scaling power. My suggestion is to add in a simple Magic Pen passive. it could be flat, it could %, it could be a unique mechanic with the basis of penetration, either way it's something that would fit in much better with the kit than his current passive and would work alot better.

EDIT- Would like to point out that I'm actually content with his current state and while I think he still needs some tuning, I have infact changed my opinion from the rework being horrible to it being usable. Still think that before anything else FateFalls gets the last word as to whether or not the rework was a success or failure though.
