he was designed with bot lane in mind. Seeing him there is no suprise at all, especially since last season, through most of it, bot lane was his highest win rate position if Im not mistaken.

Not only that, but youtubers are talking about Yasuo bot lane as a power pick in lower elo specifically atm.

NOT ONLY THAT, but since his release, Yasuo was and has continued to be one of league's most popular champions. When in a meta/state that is good for him and when he isnt getting banned as much, you should expect to see more of him.

Yasuo syndrome shares a side effect with others like the Yi or Tryn Syndrome. On your team, he's played by newborn baby, on the enemy team, it's Yassuo, Cowsep, Fogged respectively.
