Cinder was just nerfed, and I think she's only being banned out of habit at this point. Her winrate at diamond is only ~51%, which is a far cry from what it used to be. She's probably balanced right now, considering people likely aren't picking aggressive jungles that can take advantage of a Sej pick right now.
Those ratio changes are going to murder the champ.

While a lot of ppl dont like playing vs Sej, that is no reason to nerf her into oblivion.

Sohleks1 votesConsidering cinderhulk is obviously still op, these sej nerfs will basically delete her from viability once we do fix cinderhulk.
Me I've been playing cinderhulk Zac, whose got a great clear speed and sustain wise, and ganks pretty well and never really falls off or is ult reliant.
The new cleaver is slowly working its way into the meta, but because of its bonus hp it synergizes better with cinderhulk than the warrior enchant, because cinderhulk still does too much...
And I like how they're ignoring Gragas whose more of a threat imo. Hello?
