Akali PBE Changes a Buff or Nerf?

The change to her E is obviously a buff. However, I want to know if you think the change to her R is a buff or a nerf? The only video I have seen so far is Akali ulting on a stationery target, and it seems that she has no trouble landing her auto attack (If you have a video of it being used on a moving target would you link me the video?). Assuming it is easy to land the auto I would definitely consider it a buff because it allows her to move into more desirable positions. For example if someone ganks her from behind instead of ulting to the ganking champion and then having to walk around them she places herself on the opposite side (this is great because even with her shroud it isn't super easy to escape ganks). So let me know what you think.

This is a HUGE buff.. it is going to allow her to prob her Q much easier now that her E doesn't here is a video of stationary and moving. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D5dK-aEgcEI

It is nerf to her lane phase. You will need a bad positioning of the laner, since need morr room to ult him, without getting in the towers range, hitting hard her snowball potencial.

It is a buff to post lane phase chases and a buff to her ult a minion to escape, since you get more room.

E still is a ridiculous and a retarded skill with no interaction and insane energy costs.

Its an overall buff, makes late game fights more reliable, and improves her chasing power.

Only thing thats a nerf is her level 6 trading potential since you will end up under their tower more often. You need to be smarter in lane now with your dashes when on the offensive. But after laning phase, its an overall buff.

Big buff. The E is pretty funny to watch since an average Akali build will make it proc around every 0.85 seconds so it can nearly be considered a pseudo spin to win. AD Akali is also pretty cool with it although they buffed AP akali too with it.

Basically, big buff to Akali.

Her E is a straight up buff. But just be careful though, Akali has energy, which means she can't actually make use of that cooldown buff. Though it makes her waveclearing tool much more stronger, so that's a bonus.

Her Shadow Dance change, is a buff and a nerf in some ways. It depends on the Akali player. Personally I don't like it. Since I don't have problems using Akali's ultimate, I expect the dash to land Akali on top of the target, so I can just AA proc MoTA immediately. With the change on PBE, it can simply make it very hard for Akali to AA after dashing, since she is about 100 range away from her target. Not good. This gives the enemy more time to get out of AA range (125) which isn't that long to begin with. I'm sure the change will just make Akali even worse against very mobile targets/champions with escapes to get out of AA range easily.

I can't vote on the R, because it can go either way. Other people here said it well. IMO, it's a slight nerf. More of a skillcap thing. She's a little less safe now, since she could be put into the enemy team/under tower when ulting. At the same time, the spacing might be useful. Getting behind the backline, killing a carry, then using the reset on the front line (ending up behind the front, closer to your team) might be "Akali OP plz nerf" shit. EDIT: deleted my 2nd paragraph after watching more of the video. The thing I just mentioned would only work if the frontline has their back turned to you. Muh skillcap

i feel like this could be a really big nerf to Akali's diving potential (both turret and back line). Putting her even farther away from her team when she doesnt need to be.
