It just seems like there's almost no comparison in taking the decreased sums CD over the regen when going into the resolve tree so I keep wondering if maybe the mastery deserves to be reworked or buffed.

It's amazing on a ton of junglers and tanks who don't prioritize summoners.

It is a great talent for solo top laners and junglers. Very good for duelists and perfect for champions that regularly build item 3065.
