What in the world? This ability does a rediculous amount of damage already. I don't give a fuck about her passive nerfs. Why would you buff the damage on this ludicrous ability?? Her passive IS NOT the problem. You get hit by this ability twice and you are forced to be passive in lane.

The nerf to her passive also nerfs her W because it applies 2 (3 when evolved) stacks. They wanted to specifically nerf her passive and not nerf her W.
