Why does Gargoyle Stoneplate have a 92 second cooldown? Is that intentional? such a weird number why not just 90 seconds?

Rester1 votesI dunno but It does trigger me since it's such an odd number. The 15% reduction from Perfect Timing doesn't make it any less awkward.
