Lock the fucking junglers in the jungle.

I do not understand when this game went from laners playing against laners and watching out for the jungler to a game of standing under turret and just watching our for the jungler.

Is there a fucking reason I get camped by junglers for wave after wave with them hardly losing any levels? (Legit got camped by an Elise yesterday for example where I thought she'd have left after two waves but no, I step out of my top lane turret on the third wave and there she is spitting cocoons from the brush after an entire minute of sitting there).

It is literally impossible to play your lane these days with the limited ward duration and matches hardly being 1v1s these days for the most part.

Riot should look at either bringing back giving junglers reduced exp from minions the way laners earn low exp from jungle camps, or make jungle camps tankier so it takes much longer to clear them, or both. Both would be good coz in this day and age I can't play a single game where the jungler pressure isn't immense causing me to give up either of farm or turret plating in hopes of surviving.

Warding isn't helping me from keeping up with the farm when I can clearly see the fucking jungler camping me at the ward at most times and in an event where I get dived, good luck keeping those turret plates alive. The current state of jungling absolutely sucks, especially for top laners.
