When is Ahri getting nerfed?

I don't often go by winrates. They are a terrible way to judge a champion's strengths, especially the high skill ceiling champions such as Yasuo who play completely different while in the hands of an experienced player when compared to those new to him. However Ahri who isn't all that difficult to play has been sitting on a 53% winrate over the last few patches and shows no signs of slowing down. In a world where Riven and Vayne are constantly discussed I don't see why Ahri as a midlaner never is. Her win rate isn't even the problem here though.

Ahri has range, hard CC (one of the best forms of hard CC), mobility, incredibly low cooldowns on everything other her E (which is still fucking low cooldown considering just how amazing her charm is), and burst damage which rivals that of assassins. A total zero risk, high reward excuse of a champion.

Her charm drops to a 7 second cooldown at 40% CDR, and gives her a 20% damage amp which is a fucking r%%%%%ed feature considering it's already one of the best forms of CC in the game. Her Q has a cooldown of 4 seconds at 40% CDR, and if it hits the second time deals true damage for no fucking reason.

She's amazing in lane and equally amazing outside it, and unless you're playing a champ who builds a truckload of MR or one like Katarina whose dash you can time, you're as good as fucked the moment her charm lands. Nevermind the fact that in case it misses she can just as easily run back under her turret and still reliably farm waves using her longer-than-turret-range Q, which still clears waves in one go.

For the average boards user, her winrate itself should justify a nerf - https://www.leagueofgraphs.com/champions/stats/ahri I've seen some sites list it as high as 54% but League of Graphs is my go to.

You only listed her positives.

She has significantly less damage and mobility than all other champions to make up for the things you said (and you exaggerated her CC and range pretty heavily.) Any champion would look overpowered if you talked about them the way you did.

And make Ahris upset? Nah fam

Edit: wait, how you gonna say win rate doesn’t matter then immediately bring up win rate?

The thing is ahri will always be a good, safety pick. She's not super bursty and as a result her damage isnt over powered. She lies in between assassin and catch mage. Her win rate means very little when there's nothing super overtuned about her kit. We have been in a meta where its all burst burst burst, so of course someone who can play safe with reliable forms of cc and getting out when needed is going to be rather good. She doesn't really require nerfs because there's nothing about her that's broken. She's a popular champion who is good at playing safe. If you compare her damage to any other assassins its lack luster as hell.

She's also super ult reliant and her AP ratios are terrible.

Just because of how the champion works, probably never. Ahri is always strong, but she is probably the most basic/beginner friendly mid laner along with Annie. She is just strong, and not overpowered, which means people don't pick her just cause she gets boring due to her one dimensional champion design. If meta shifts and her play rate rises up significantly, that's when the nerfs will probably come in.
