Why is muramana take so damn long to stack?

I mean I understand it gives that strong on hit passive. but the amount of ad compared to the ap you get from seraphs is meh. you can already get more ad from just finished items?. this item is extremely hard to stack. on anyone outside ezreal (and god do you have to just break your keyboard hitting Q). even stacking it on jayce isn't all that easy. seraph is easier to stack because it gives twice the mana on ability cast. and it refunds more mana. can we up the mana per cast to 6 or 8 from 4? . so more ad champions that have shit mana problems can at least consider it as an option. the only reason people buy it because ezreal has high pickrate. this item would have been the least purchased item next to ohmwrecker

Takes a long time to fold Glorious Nippon Steel(TM) over one thousand times, y'know?

The passive. It gives about as much AD as any other ultimate tier AD item on those who build it who get to at least 2500 mana, but it also empowers anything capable of applying on-hit damage including all auto attacks and spells that apply on-hit damage.

It's like a tiny sheen for everything you do but has no cooldown. 3% current mana expended to deal 6% current mana as bonus physical damage. It's definitely a hilariously niche item for champions like Ezreal Urgot and formerly Jayce before riot utterly broke him.

That's because Manamune is cheaper and stacks on autos. Also, in most cases AD champions who build it have far cheaper mana costs compared to mages. I honestly don't see how this is harder to stack compared to Archangel's.
