ryze w buff isn't what we asked for

one of the biggest things people complain about is point and click w root but now since it doesnt root unempowered you want it to do more damage? why give people ANOTHER thing to complain about. you reduced root duration, removed EW or WE --> Q shield combo and now you do the standard "increase x ratio by y amount to balance out the champion" why? literally no one i know has been like, " you know what ryze needs? MORE DAMAGE ON HIS W!!!" use your brain

and idea would be give more MS on empowered Q ms steroid or more base MS. I'm tired of being run down by camille/riven with 415+ MS w/o boots or upgraded boots
