How is “using a keystone” equate to “break” lmfao.

Jungling is the only effective way to get Harvest stacks to a relevant level by 20 mins and is completely defeated since you won’t be poking or else you waste the proc on a tanky target or turret.

Jungle Ezreal may have liked it, but that playstyle was nerfed.

Well you see, Corki R was gutted and nerfed ultra hard to the point where Riot reworked his passive to give him more power to his Kit. The Old Corki was all about running away and spamming R and fits him kit-wise. Because technically his is riding a helicopter it would make sense to make his rockets do alot of damage. But Know it feel like Riot just took that gameplay and gave it to Ezreal by gutting Old Corki.

I could say the same to Zoe and Nidalee, Ripping off one character kit and give it to another character because they are more appealing.

Corki is busted without spamming r and in late his r deals enough dmg to squishies to force their back. Feel free to rework ezreal.by removing his onhit but make him able to oneshot squishies while building ad

Ez is probably fine with the upcoming Klepto changes. His Q damage buff has been reverted already and before that he has never been an issue, he shouldn't be now. It's not like he wins extremely hard with the rest of the runes besides Klepto.
