I was going to start playing League again.

So I wanted to come on the forums and see what people have been talking about. I genuinely wanted to come back, as it's been a while since I played this game (I usually try to come back and hit Diamond before the end of every season, at least). Then I saw this, and I decided not to.

I don't even need to play the game to know the balance is still horrible when they advertise ADC buffs in patch titles.
