Darius needs a rework

All he has to do is auto attack you once when you go for a minion and suddenly you're in range to die instantly.

JUST PLAY GNAR OR QUINN YAY

but nay. You shouldn't automatically lose for being a melee champion and automatically win for being ranged. Darius's passive increase of ad makes him a god who can 1v5 easily. Darius easily shits on trynd and nasus as they go for a minion he simply auto attacks and orb walks with you and when you attempt to run he simply grabs you and auto attacks you since he has 2 90% slows. He can auto you E auto w auto and throw q in there and he get's all 5 stacks quite easily.

Long story short it's been years since his rework as a "juggernaut" and he's still one of the most banned champions on the rift and he's considerable unfun to play against. I myself don't like playing against darius.

Gnar can still get rekt until he gets FM if the Darius is more competent. Tbh, he's my toplane main and I still don't really know how to deal with a good one properly because he's designed to be a lane bully/win a lot of lanes for the most part. The only real idea is to outrun him and/or kite, or just kill him first/dodge his Qs as Riven or something.

The ones that arent terrible take flash ghost and phase rush and run you down all game to the point where you dont get to participate until 25 minutes in, while hes fed on top of it.

Darius is a terrible design that riot will never correct because they dont know how to balance melee champions.

how good is darius against quinn? Can he put her in doggystyle easily?

This might be hit or miss in some cases, but if the Darius can E Quinn out of her jump, he might just be able to win the fight.

are you talking about his "D" hitting and missing when he's doing doggy with quinn? lmao

it's a pretty miserable situation if the quinn is decent. you can kill her when flash is up.

He needs a rework, but riot has no idea what they're doing, so trust me...you'd prefer how he is now.

I would say he is ok. People who dont know how to play against him are bias because he snowballs very hard. I play renekton into him (renek looses the matchup pre 6) and I rarely get outfarmed by more then 10 cs by lvl 6.

Free tips how to deal with Darius with ease:
  1. Bait his Q and make him push the wave
  2. Ask jungler for easy kill (since he is playing aggro you can easily make him overextand)
  3. Build boots (Tabi or even just Tier 1 boots) and sustain
  4. If he pulls you, stay near him to dodge Cleave
  5. Fight him at lvls 7~10. (He is the weakest between lvl 6 and lvl 11)

truth. he's super easy to gank unless you're incredibly sloppy.
