Disable New/Reworked Champions in Ranked for 3 Days

Please, stop making me waste a ban so I don't get trolled by my own team with a random clueless and selfish asshole deciding to the first time a reworked champion (sometimes they even do it accidentally). Disable them in ranked for either 2-3 days or until that player has at least 3 normal games with the champion. This is disgusting and ruins the experience. When you have some clown on a new or reworked champion, your chances to win drop to around 40% historically.

Yes please! It's so absurd that I have to waste a ban for a whole week just to not get massively trolled by my own team. How is that fun? How is that smart by Riot? To randomize the entire match based on who gets the troll first timing a new champ/reworked champ?
