@Riot, just remove Morde's XP passive and give him a tiny buff

Why does he even have it at all?

If you go to any statistic website you'll notice that Morde isn't even played bot lane anymore, the number's so small that it's not even being recorded and he doesn't work that well down there anyways due to the numerous nerfs he had gotten over time.

So why can't we just remove it and open up some power budget in favor of some buffs?

Also, if that would be too little just make him have to R the dragon to get the ghost but only for half the CD?

Because it doesn't take up anything meaningful part of his power budget, he may need buffs but its not that simple.

they gave him the XP bonus for the bot lane duo riot tried to have with him giving him the ability to out scale the ranged marksmen making it easier for him to win lane
