they are buffing vayne if she hits a champion within 3 seconds of their death her new ulti will heal her for 20% of the dead champions max health. But don't worry itll get nerfed real fast.

Personally I hated playing against cait no matter what lane I was playing in because a good cait could kite forever and not be touched. But she's getting even more nerfs on the pbe and I think it's a bit much.
