Honestly, Jungle Aatrox isn't really in a viable state. He CAN clear, but his ganks are terrible, jungling forces him to build items he doesnt want, jungling just boots him out from his one and only strength. That one and only strength being his early game lane phase power. He can bully a lot of the best top lane champs, granted it doesn't last forever, but if your team isn't doing terrible, you can have enough of an effect on the map to win regardless.
