But in all seriousness, I don't think Riot will do this. It's probably "too much work" or "It won't sell" so don't get your expectations high.

Although I'd kill for a Rammus voice over.

I like what they did a few times, giving 1820rp skins announcer packs (I miss you Thresh announcer-). It wouldn't work for everyone but I think giving those with a well defined lore (that can be reflected in what they say and/or the way they say it) would be really great.

I'd like a Heimerdinger one where he's making scientific puns all the time.

And with Rammus? He just says 'Ok' when a teammate is killed... usually sums up my reaction sitting top lane anyway.

Thats kinda impossible cuz they would have to make it in every language and i think it would be hard to get people who made old champions voice like teemo (I would play with temmo voice 24h/7)

Heroes of the Storm (by blizzard) has this implemented. It's really strange sometimes since the characters phrase the lines differently and add their own words to the announcement, but I could still see it being pretty cool? If they were to do this kind of a thing it'd have to be like Heroes of the Storm analyzer/announcers from professional games and to use in competitive games.
