Fiora's e ability: the first basic attack can never crit on fiora! Remove it!

The first basic attack can never critically strike, but slows its target by 30% for 1 second, while the second basic attack is guaranteed to critically strike for modified critical damage.

I do not need the 30 percent slow, I do not want a basic attack that can not crit. If i need a slow i can buy frozen mallot. If you can not do that give fiora a new e ability, rework it! I do not care that the current e ability is on 3 sec cooldown late game.

When fiora rework was first introduced, tank fiora was viable. I was okay with that. But right now, you forced fiora to buy the same items over and over again, it is just so retarded. Bramble vest, Ninja Tabi and Ignite, I lost my lane. I have to wait until I have my items (40 min mark). When ever i pick fiora I feel like I am dead weight to the team. Fiora is the only champion that rushes ravenous hydra. No one rushes ravenous hydra and I have no choice because I need the sustain.

Old fiora had so many options to build compared to reworked fiora. Crit fiora might not be the ideal choice for the current meta. But it creates more options. Why does Riven have the option to build so much armour pen items? Why does Jax have the option to build hextech gunblade, guinsoo rageblade….?
