i saw 2.5 attack speed jinx video and it doesnt feel like she is holding a minigun but some kind of burst pistol CS instead.
She has a gatling gun but doesnt feel like it. Kog Maw broke the speed cap but jinx didnt. Doesnt make any god damn sense. How can a guy spits faster than a god damn minigun?!
