Isn't LB chain lengh a bit too long?

Riot had the choice of nerfing LeBlanc's damage, wave clear, or chain length. Most people wanted chain length to go down, so Riot being the geniuses they are nerfed her damage + wave clear and called her a kite mage instead of assassin (I believe they said something along the line of her chain length "being core to her identity as a kite mage"). So all she did was kite you man, idk how you can think kiting is toxic :^)

Is that what they call her nowadays? I'm going off Fizz Enthusiast's post when they first decided to nerf her damage and keep the chain length to push her into a kite mage identity over an assassin identity. He even admits that range nerfs on the chain tested out well :P

We were experimenting with some range changes for this patch, but opted not to go with them and go for damage nerfs, despite testing quite well. The idea was that if we are pushing LB towards more of a kite mage direction, we would retain long change ranges and have them do less damage, but if we were pursuing more of an assassin direction, we would probably shorten the chain range quite a bit (as that would allow us to give her more damage).

Of course this was ~4 months before they nerfed her wave clear as I mentioned above.

The chain is an OP version of Karma's in terms of sheer freaking size and endurance. LB has lost her place mid, and is turning into an absolute cancer Support. I haven't seen her in at all, until these last few weeks as a support. Bad enough she punishes anyone who doesn't buy a Control Ward and slap it in a lane brush, hoping it doesn't get popped so you can stop her ridiculous "teleporting" due to her Clone Mechanics.

It's funny because no one played her support until I started playing her support. I always get that feeling that I start the trends in lower elo.

First off, ignore this AR URF guy. He's just trying to piss you off by posting either blatantly false or opinionated things.

Second off, I totally agree with your statement. Usually it's not THAT bad, but it looks like the chain radius bugged and followed the dude who was chained. You can see the yellow circle that is supposed to be the range that you walk out of to break the chain following graves. But regardless, the length does need to be shortened a bit in reality. Especially if LB W's to you after hitting you with it, there is almost no chance of you getting out unless you're playing Ahri/Kled/Sion or some shit.

You're implying? Because if the LB chain is too long that would mean shorten it. Which is the same as a nerf right? Idk if that's you in the stream, but it's just funny that league players tend to claim something as op because they got outplayed or killed a champion.

Sooo... you do not think that it's too long? What's the point of chain if you can't escape it? It was from mid screen to corner. How can you escape that beside Sion ult away?

There's a lot of things that you can't escape by flashing. Like ults for example. Ezreal's Q I believe is another one. No I don't think it's too long.

What ults? You can't escape the point and click abilities, but the point of LB and Karma's chain is that it has radius, if you are too far it break, but Lb's radius is so long that it may as well not be a chain but a mark, that you are stunned after a while, like Zoe E (I know Zoe has sleep).
