can we please reduce cdr from some items so we can have flexible builds?

yes this is quite the opposite of what people think. right now so many items have CDR so that you're locked out of going certain builds because you'd be wasting stats.

IBG doesn't need 20% cdr for example. fh has 20% cdr. most champs that should build IBG already max out on cdr from other items.

make it build out of item 1031 and item 3057

support items have too much damn cdr. remove some of it.

cdr on hourglass was awful. a lot of close range mages that build it already max out on cdr. many of them take cdr runes. and with morellos or other ap items they are done with their cap.

Yeah, they kinda just threw it everywhere assuming more CDR was better no matter how you distribute it... It's caused champions to become exaggerated in their strengths and lack of weaknesses.

Though i kinda blame the fact that riot turned it from a premium stat on fighters/divers/bruisers/juggernauts (w/e the fucking subclasses are) *AD tanky Melees* and turned it into a core stat for them. That in term meant that mages and marksmen without mobility could no longer handle champions which benefit greatly from it like riven, zed, darius, wu, exc.

Despite still listing it as a "magic" stat, it's being uses as a momentum stat, without much concern for how it affects different classes of champions. Assassins get even more mobile. Marksmen only gain a little. Tanks with Q,W,E shields become monsters. Fighters just get every single strength exaggerated to a massive degree.
