So i've been playing way more normal matches and a majority of my matches have not ended fast

they've actually been ending around the same time they always have, yes i do have insanely short matches in my history but they are definitely not the norm.

I believe a majority of the people on these forums are just spewing nonsense and the idiots who frequent the forum as their main source of info are agreeing with things without even experiencing it on their own.

You can also clearly see where a match almost went to the hour long mark, mostly because me and the lux were carrying in the damage department https://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2674369131/218757586?tab=stats

im not buying into this "matches end to fast" nonsense but i definitely agree that damage is high. especially in matches where people constantly die over and over again.

They are making the same mistake you just did where they set their personal experience as if its a norm or law. Snowballed games are more of an issue, There is more damage early game because there is less defensive stat balls from runes and mastery's. Catch up EXP is gone for lanes so going 1-4 is worse then in previous season. People don't want to change their playstyle, they would rather have riot bring the game back to a place where they can thrive when they would have better luck with wins should they just adapt.
