Warwick rework

Eh, whatever it is, it's probably still in the "sperm in the testes" phase, given that Warwick needs a lot more of a hands on rework and VU than the sort given to Shen/Miss Fortune/Maokai. His model is atrocious and there is no way it can be salvaged and still keep with the current standards, and his kit is perpetually a mess, and a relic from a LONG gone era of the game. If I had to time it, I'd wager he's the next January rework champ.
