@Meddler: What are still some gameplay taboos?

I imagine stuff like Invoker's gameplay or Strygwyr's Rupture are still forbidden, but I'd like to know what else is still considered a taboo of gameplay design for League.

It's just that since Bard is getting the ability to stasis allies and enemies, the rules might have changed.
