Nerf Vayne
Strong early game. I mean she levels up sliver bolts and there comes the insane true damage. Also that attack speed scaling is way too high.
Don't even get me started on condemn. It's damn OP.

KarKzz1 votesCC her because she take more risk than typicals ADC and blow her up. gg wp. She have to be closer, and applie her silver bolt, when an other ADC can switch target withtout losing damage and stay farther.
Silents4291 votesIt's god damn hilarious how a month ago everyone was in agreement her early game was weak, now everyone is claiming it's strong. I have never seen a Vayne win the early game against a competent ADC.
