Aatrox Hotfixed Buffs

I think they are a good start, however I think his base attack speed needs a sight buff as well. His attack speed was set so low because of how it stacked with his old Blood Well, giving him attack speed while the well was filling (Aatrox gains 0.3 - 0.55 (based on level)% bonus attack speed for every 1% in his Blood Well, up to a maximum of 30/35/40/45/50/55 (based on level)% bonus attack speed). With his current Blood Well he gets less attack speed and it's only when he reaches Blood Rush state (BLOOD RUSH: Aatrox gains 25% increased base AD and 20% / 30% / 40% / 50% bonus attack speed) meaning he has lower attack speed at every stage of the game compared to before due to not getting ramping attack speed, forcing people to feel they need to invest into Attack Speed to make up for this.

Because he doesn't get the ramping attack speed anymore and it's lower than before anyways, his base attack speed should get boosted slightly as the reason it's low is far less severe now.
