In regards to the new Elise Neurotoxin, can you lower the mana cost?

Since it no longer does % current health damage, I think the new Neurotoxin can afford to be cheaper on Elise's already-taxed mana supply.

EDIT: Cooldown's back to 6 seconds. Damage change is still there, though.

Yeah for an ability you're meant to be spamming, its mana cost is ludicrous. If it was a flat 80 I'd be OK with it but scaling up to 100? Applying it once to every member of the enemy team will take half her mana bar ad that's before you take into account how expensive Volatile Spiderling is.
