Miss Fortune's PBE changes.

I'm going to be civil, short and sweet. Unlike what I have been doing on Reddit and to my friends about this change.

Miss Fortune does really well with Armor Pen. This is because she gets more use out of her abilities and Love Tap passive. However, after nerfing Lethality -- a very needed nerf -- you, Riot, go ahead to directly nerf ADC's. Have you guys not been listening to everyone saying ADC was garbage this season? Have you been mentally blocking these scores and verbal complaints? I digress. I love Miss Fortune, she's really fun to play and I can respectfully say she is fair to play against (Without Lethality :P). However, you're taking away the one thing in her kit that takes skill. Really?

The damage was a lot and I have been saying to nerf it. Not freaking remove it! All you're doing by removing it is turning her toward a Support. She's already an alright support by doing a little more than just a teammate whose only purpose is to ult. ADC MF is just an Ultimate Bot and EVEN MORESO NOW! Might as well play her as a support now.

In conclusion. Don't remove this Double Up damage, nerf it. I purpose a 25% from 50% increased damage. This is fair and makes everyone happy. As an MF main since season 4, don't ruin my champion that you only recently made really good. Don't do the Riot thing and ignore everyone saying this change (And adc nerfs) is stupid.
