Status of brand?
SO why is this guy not used in LCS? He does aoe percent damage. Wouldn't 
fix his mobility issue? he scales well with CD too.

luckmallory1 votes0 mobility and his Ult is situational as well as his only cc being a skill shot. Good teams in the LCS won't let brand hit more than one person with his ult.
Dreadlocks1 votesIts not just brand.. most mages arnt even played anymore out side of Azir, Viktor and maybe Orianna. Think about it where did these guys go?:
were all pretty popular champions that arnt even really seen anymore.. Brand was more or less neglected because his close range and his set up taking too much time.
He's better in the bottom lane tbh.

they should at least tweak his passive. Just replace his passive with E and add grievous wounds to it and he would be ok.
- no mages have GW on them because they typically run ignite
