oh shit ur right. in a 5v5 counters to rengar are what matter. in that .1 second he has to kill ur adc, his counter can destroy him.

Neither of them counters Rengar because Rengar can just jungle instead and farm safely until he has the items needed to start 1 shotting your AD, while nobody, not even Shaco or Lee Sin, dares counterjungle a Rengar without pulling serious ward cheese.

Also you can just buy zhoynas even on an adc its good. If rengo jumps on you to just zhoynas. Then he gets focused and dies.
